"Asher." I screamed as I closed the distance between us, engulfing him in a tight hug.

 

"My little wolf." He murmured, his voice laced with love and concern.

 

"Why did you ever have to leave me, Asher? I was alone and helpless. I thought you would never come back for me." I cried, airing out all of my emotions.

 

"I'm here now, little one, and that's all that matters." He smiled, and as he pulled away from our embrace, before I could even complain, his hands moved to my face, cupping my cheeks. My skin erupted into goosebumps at the skin contact, and sparks...
