When it was morning, I had no idea. I slept all through the night. I could not help myself yesterday. I could not bring myself to believe that I had been fooled again by my stepmom and stepsister. The two were playing with my emotions. I thought I was now a tough girl. It didn't even take Adire much time to break through my walls and ruin my day. It only cost her fake tears.
