SERENA’s POV

Surprisingly, the girl responded with a casual nod, warning us to find a room, and disappeared into one of the bathroom stalls.

I glanced over at Cameron, my face still flushed with heat, and he swiftly pulled me out of there, leading us back into the party.

The rest of the party was in a blur and we were back home soon enough.

Later that evening,I stepped out of the steamy shower, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. As I dried my hair with a dryer,I figured that Mr Lodge would be resting with Mom and that meant it was time for me to go snooping in his study.
