It was day three, and I didn’t know if I’d make it past the end of the day.

At least the blood drawing had stopped. The tests didn’t though. Hair, and nails, reflective eyes, my senses, and God, my thirst too. Everything was done, they wanted to test for strength, for speed, for aggression-which I felt increasing all the time.

I got injected several times, one of the drugs must have contained a small amount of silver too, not enough to kill me.

I felt pain like I have never known. I stopped screaming because I thought I might rupture my throat or vocal chords.
