“I'll be there with you when you're giving birth to them and upon delivery, I'll take care of them with you as their father.”

Even though it's been many years, I can still remember this statement accurately as if it was yesterday. Unfortunately, the speaker of this left without notice. If my heart longs to meet anyone in revenge, it would be him. I'd show myself to him as that successful single mother who no longer needs him to take care of the kids, as revenge for leaving me when I needed him the most.
