Davero sat and stared intently at one point in front of him. His hand gripped a cocktail glass with a bit of ice mixed in. His memory drifted to the incident at Agneta's house. That kid, Regan, There was another feeling that Davero could feel, but he didn't know what was going on. The touch of Regan's tiny hand seemed to be able to reach his cold and dark heart. Davero had never liked small children, but the boy was an exception.
He took out his cell phone and called someone to give orders.
"Find out about his life and report it to me immediately!"
The line was then hung up, and Davero gulped his drink before he heard a shriek.
"You're having a great time relaxing here, while I have to finish all the damn work!"
"Aiden?" he muttered.
"Well, it's me! I did not come as your representative in the company! I came as your cousin, and stop keeping me busy!"
"You are more mature and experienced than me. So it's natural for you to finish everything."
Dave said it casually as he put the glass on the table.
"You're good at saying that. Because of this job, I have no time for my girlfriend!" he said annoyedly. Aiden sat down on the sofa opposite Dave.
"Stop sulking at me!" cheered Dave as he poured another drink from the bottle into his glass.
"You look troubled. What is it?" asked Aiden; he wasn't used to being around alcoholic drinkers.
Finally, I met him again," Davero muttered.
"He?" asked Aiden, frowning. He needed to figure out the person Davero was referring to.
"Yes, he is. The woman who was present in my past," answered Davero with a murmur.
"Where did you meet him?" asked Aiden, watching Davero's face, which looked hard.
"He's one of the employees in the company!"
"Really?"
Davero nodded weakly.
"It turns out that this world is very narrow," said Aiden with a chuckle. "Will I know him?"
"Does not seem. He is far under our surveillance, and you definitely wouldn't know him since he isn't directly related to us."
"Maybe, but I have to see who that girl is." Aiden rubbed his right palm against the arm of the sofa.
"One day you will find out," Davero muttered, then drank his last drink.
After talking for a long time, Aiden exited Davero's apartment. In the courtyard, he met two twin-faced men in formal attire.
"The twins who get along," said Aiden.
"According is just a cover," said the man with sideburns, winking at his left eye.
"You came here. What is it?" asked the man beside him.
"Nothing." Aiden shrugged his shoulders. "Maybe I'm missing my cousin."
"So sweet," said the man who didn't have a beard, smiling amusedly.
They are the twin sisters, Key and Kay. Keyla Armando and Kayza Armando Are Davero's and Aiden's best friends. However, they were closer to Davero in age, while Aiden was two years younger than the three. Kay and Key worked as Davero's right-hand men because of their affection for their friend, who was so stubborn and cold. Another fact is that Kay and Key have a lot of differences, and they hate being called similar to each other. Kay, who has a slimmer and more muscular physique, has fine hair growing around her jaw on her face. While Key is often called a beautiful man with a clean face, their faces are so similar only because Kay prefers the look of a masculine man, and Key likes cleanliness and taking care of his face to make it look fresh. Kay always gets annoyed when compared to Key because she hates being told she has a pretty face.
"By the way, what are you doing here so late at night?" he asked.
"We are called big bosses." It looks like there's some critical work to do!" answered Key, blinking his left eye again.
Aiden nodded in understanding. Well, that's that, then. Get in there before your boss's wrath comes."
"You're not staying here, Aiden?" she asked.
"No, I have my own house. What's the ride for?" he said casually.
"Okay then, we'll go in first and see you later," said Key.
Kay and Key went inside, leaving Aiden alone, who continued to walk towards the car.

As the weekend arrived, Aiden invited Agneta and Regan to play at tourist spots in Jakarta as usual. Regan already felt very close to Aiden; they were like father and son.
Agneta was sitting in the cafe at the tourist spot and sipping her favorite mochaccino with her eyes straight ahead, where Aiden and Regan were playing together. Occasionally, they waved at him and then waved back with a big smile. However, somehow Agneta's mind couldn't be in the same place. His mind drifted far away, probably thinking about Davero. Maybe it's because he's back on his mind and taking up everything. Agneta felt increasingly uncomfortable living in Davero's presence. He wanted to get rid of it, but it was challenging. Agneta didn't know how, but Dave always managed to dominate and intimidate her.
"How dreamy." Aiden kissed Agneta's head.
"Eh?" Agneta woke up and smiled at Aiden.
"Mom, Egan is thirsty," said Regan, who was already sitting before Agneta.
"What do you want, honey? Let Mommy buy it," said Agneta.
"Would you like some juice?" Regan replied
"Avocado juice?" asked Aiden, to which Regan nodded enthusiastically because it was his favorite juice. "Okay, let Dad buy it for you," Aiden said, rubbing Regan's head and leaving.
"Mommy,"
"What is it, honey?" asked Agnes.
"Uncle, why didn't you come again?" Regan asked so innocently that it surprised Agneta.
"Why are you asking him, Regan?" Agneta asked curtly, which confused Regan because of her mother's attitude.
"Is Egan wrong, Mom?" he asked.
"Forgive Mommy, Honey." Agneta regrets being mean to Regan. Agneta was just scared—really scared—if Regan wanted to get close to Davero. "He's a friend of Mommy's and very busy."
Regan stared at her mother silently; she dared not speak again until Aiden came with two drinks.
"From here, where are we going, Hero?" asked Aiden while handing over the avocado juice he had brought.
"Egan is tired, Dad."
"Just want to go home?" he asked again.
"You better go home, Aiden." Agnes opened her voice.
"Okay, let's go home," said Aiden, holding Regan and leading him out of the cafe.
For a moment, Agneta smiled, seeing the closeness of her small family with Aiden and thinking Aiden was a very good man.
