Throughout the work, Dave could not concentrate at all. He felt his body getting uncomfortable. Cold sweat kept coming out of his body; his head throbbed painfully, and his stomach felt twisted. His breath was labored and heavy, but Dave tried to concentrate on doing and checking some of the documents piled up on his oversized desk.

"Excuse me, sir." The call made Dave raise his head and try to hide the pain.

"Yes."

"Are you okay?" asked his secretary, who saw Dave's pale face.

"Yes, what's wrong, Siska?" asked Dave, still trying to hide his pain.

"Here I am delivering the documents you need for a meeting with colleagues...
