With Faran laying unconscious on the floor, no threat seemed to be imminent. My unexpected Lycan superpower has also disappeared. I knew I had to leave lest I will be a very big trouble if Faran recovers.

I was faced with two major problems. Firstly, where do I go from here? It was obvious I will be never be welcomed into the pack again in open arms. Coming back to the pack will endanger my life again. Faran is gonna avenge me for the little embarrassment I had caused him. That in turn will incur severe consequences.
