Several unresolved questions were muddling inside me. I was trying to connect the dots, but I couldn't figure out where to start connecting. “It's a mess. And this city hall, it seems pretty normal. Nothing alien or supernatural to dig out from here. Why on earth was Michelle here? It's pretty clear that she can't go to any officials. But if she badly needs to sniff out something from here, then she definitely needs a credible source, a source who is quite familiar with this building and its surroundings, and that source would be that old security guard.
