Allison's Point of View
I was thinking about Henry's gesture when I bumped into someone.
" I'm sorry," I apologised then look up to see a boiling Jessica.
I knew I was already in it. I just had to pray for someone's intervention.
" Are you blind or something?" Jessica barked.
"At least I apologised," I said calmly.
" After bumping into me, you still have the guts to tell me you've apologised. What if you apologised?" Jessica looked at me meanly.
" You accept my apology," I replied.
" You've got a sharp mouth. Today, I'll turn it blunt," Jessica said and pulled my hair.
I tried to free myself from Jessica but then her friends showed up from nowhere. They all pulled my hair, pushed me and pulled me. They gave me scratches. I was powerless.
Vicky's Point of View
Nelson, Hank and I were on our way when we saw Jessica and her crew beating someone up.
" Let's go and help that girl," Nelson said.
" That's a great idea," Hank said.
Nelson and Hank went to save the girl while I was walking behind like a moron. When we got to the spot the girls were, I found out they were beating Allison. Nelson, Hank and I separated the girls. Allison was in a total mess but she looks more beautiful in that look. Hank had to punch me when I won't stop drooling over Allison.
" Let's go at least the fight is over now," Hank said.
" The fight isn't over Allison," Jessica spat on Allison.
I wanted to slap her but Nelson held me.
" Hope you are not hurt?" I asked Allison.
" Thanks for coming to save me," Allison appreciated.
" It's nothing," I replied with a smile.
" Are you going home now? At least, we can drop you off at home," I offered.
" Thank you. I'll help myself home. You don't need to stress yourself," Allison said using her hand to brush her hair.
" I insist we take you home," I said.
" Ok," Allison gave in reluctantly," I need to grab my bag," she said.
" That's fine by us," I said.
Allison went for her bag.
" You ain't driving Vic," Hank said.
" Why?" I asked.
" With that girl in the car, you won't focus on the road," Hank said.
Nelson made jest of me.
" I'll drive," I said with authority.
" Why not sit in the backseat with her?" Nelson suggested.
" That's great," I sounded very happy.
Hank and Nelson laughed at me.
Allison's Point of View
I was grateful Vicky and his friends helped me. I grabbed my bag and went to meet them.
" Thank you," I appreciated.
" You're welcome," Vicky smiled.
Hank drove, Nelson sat beside him while Vicky and I sat in the backseat.
" What caused the fight?" Vicky asked.
" I bumped into her unintentionally," I replied.
" Didn't you apologise?" Vicky questioned.
" I did," I replied.
" Why then did she has to ensue a fight?" Vicky asked.
" She doesn't like me," I replied.
" Why? There must be a reason," Vicky asked.
" Why not refer that question to Jessica?" I replied.
" I'm sorry I got you offended," Vicky apologised.
I nodded. Hank pulled up at my house.
" Thank you once again," I appreciated and alighted.
I went inside. My mom wasn't home. I showered and changed into an armless short gown. I went to the kitchen to see if I can get something but I couldn't. I was hungry but I can't cook. There was nothing for me to eat. I went to the sitting room, switched on the television and squeezed myself on a couch.
Janet's Point of View
I pressed the doorbell once more before Allison opened the door.
" I'm sorry I kept you waiting at the door," Allison apologised.
" Ok," I went in.
" Can you help me prepare noodles?" Allison asked as I was about to sit.
" I brought snacks for you," I said.
Allison grabbed the snacks bag. I guess she is very hungry. Allison ate while I concentrated on the movie.
" Least I forget, I saw a cowboy at the gate. He asked me to give this envelope to you," I handed the envelope to Allison.
" Thank you," Allison continued eating.
Henry's Point of View
I showered and wore a polo with shorts. I went to the kitchen and served myself tea and chocolate biscuits. After my meal, I dialled Brayon's number. Brayon picked up at the eighth ring.
" Dude, I'm sleeping," Brayon said sleepily.
" I know. Should I join you on your date?" I asked.
" Ok. By eight," Brayon said.
" Where?" I asked.
" At the basement," Brayon replied," What else?" Brayon asked.
" Nothing. Bye. I love you," I said.
" I hate you," Brayon ended the call.
I was wondering what Allison would be thinking about. I or the cowboy? I thought of calling her to hear her sweet voice. I dialled her number.
Allison's Point of View
I heard my phone ring. I made a puppy face at Janet.
" Well, I'm not going to get that phone," Janet said.
" Please," I pouted.
" Ok," Janet smiled.
Janet went for the phone.
" Who is calling?" I asked.
" What is happening this time around," Janet said.
" Oh! That's Henry. Pick it and put it on speaker," I said.
Janet did.
" What is happening this time around?" I asked.
Henry laughed. That has been our way of greeting on the phone.
" Do you mind joining Brayon on his date tonight?" Henry asked.
" Why are you asking?" I questioned.
" If we go, we'll help him out in case he becomes nervous," Henry said.
" If he calls me before seven o'clock, I'll be there but if he doesn't, I bet you know the answer," I replied.
" I pray he calls," Henry said.
" Why praying?" I asked.
" I won't be alone," Henry said.
" C'mon you can get yourself babes there," I chuckled bitterly but I was good at hiding my feelings so I hide my jealousy.
" Ok. I'll follow your words," Henry said.
I felt he meant his words. I began praying Brayon calls me.
