"Do you think he will be alright?" She asked Lily as she watched him drive off.

"Don't worry, he'll heal from this." Lily answered but that didn't stop Alyssa from feeling guilty for lying and breaking his heart.

"Did we have to go that far?" She asked Lily again, referring to them lying about being in a relationship.

"If we hadn't, your rejection would have been for nothing. I know my brother, you just rejecting him wasn't going to stop him." Lily explained.
