The day for them to finally head to the family house came. For the first time in a long while, Aiden didn't wait for his mother to wake him up.

He was at the doorpost, his eyes shining brightly as he watched convoy that was supposed to take them there being parked at the driveway.

"Mom come on.. the car is here!!" He screamed out in excitement.

The day before, he had helped Alyssa arrange his small luggage. He couldn't wait to see where he was from. Since the day he heard about the family house, he had been dreaming about it.
