Beatrice was still trying to process what I just told her about Sophia being the one that attempted my life.

"I don't get it, did you guys fight?" She asked.

"No" I replied.

"So what happened?"

"Sophia came back crying that her boyfriend cheated on her, so I went over to console her, but after some time I realized she was talking about Damian. I too became upset emotionally, can't tell if she noticed it too.

Damian came in and she ran to meet him, after which I saw her whisper to Damian, he gave her two tablets, of which on inquiry were sleeping tablets, I confronted Damian...
