I peeled my eyelids slowly to see that I was surrounded by health workers, the sound of police sirens filled the air as the blue and red lights illuminate the night.

"Hello miss, how are you feeling?" a nurse asked me.

"I feel fine, thanks" I replied trying to take in what was happening around me.

" Please can you tell me your name"

"my name is Erica Williams"

"do you know where you are?"

"yes," I said suddenly embarrassed by what I was wearing
