Kallias fretted restlessly as he watched the duel drag on.

 The competitors were not willing to give in to the other and so the fight went on and on.

 He really wished he were in his study attending to pending state affairs, but here he was watching a duel that didn't seem to emerge any winner anytime soon.

 There was a point when he thought the match would end. 

 One of the sword fighters had swung away his opponent's sword from his hold leaving him defenseless and was about to mark him dead but the opponent had taken out a hidden sword and launched forward prolonging the fight.

 Kallias sighed...
