He ordered Butler to assign two maids at the door of his bedroom and take care of Autumn’s needs if she wakes up.

He walked towards his study room. Mr. and Mrs. Walker immediately stood up from the chair when he entered the study room.

Edward nodded them to sit, they sat hesitating.

Mrs. Walker said in a pleading tone, “Sir, we are really sorry for what our daughter did, please forgive her she is too young and naïve”

Edward was listening to her carefully after she was done he said, “Mr and Mrs. Walker I want to marry your daughter”

They both were so shocked that the next few minutes they were unable to speak anything.

After almost ten minutes Mr. Walker said gathering some courage, “Mr. King please punish us instead of her but please let her go”

Edward understood that they are scared that he is doing this to punish her, he said, “Mr. Walker I am not going to punish her, will you believe me if I will say that I fell in love with her at first sight”

Mrs. Walker asked still in a scared tone, “You will no..not punish her for slapping you in front of everyone”

Edward nodded negatively and said, “How can I harm her, whom I love the most in this world”

Mrs. Walker was still not sure that Edward will not harm Autumn, he asked hesitating, “Sorry for my impudence, but how can you marry a girl whose name also you don’t know”

Edward wanted to say he doesn’t want to know her name. She will be Samara for him forever, but he knows if he tells anyone about their past life no one will believe it and they might think that Edward had some mental issue.

Edward smiled and replied, “Mr. Walker I understand your concern as a father as you know so much about me than you must be aware that I don’t talk nonsense”

“You should know I don’t have any benefits attached to this marriage, I just want your daughter to be my wife that’s it”

Mr. Walker again retorted but keeping the respect, “Mr. King being a father of a daughter how can I be assured that my daughter will be happy with you, what if you go back on your words”

Edward replied, “Okay Mr. Walker I understand your concern, why not you only tell me how can you trust me, that I will never harm your daughter”

Mr. Walker hesitated in speaking, Edward encouraged him, and collecting all the courage he said, “I want you to transfer half of your properties on my daughter’s name immediately after the marriage”

Edward smirked and said, “Mr. Walker if that assures you than I will transfer my entire property on her name not only 50%”

Mr. Walker nodded immediately, “No..No Mr. King please don’t do that and try to understand my concern for her, I don’t want people to think my daughter a gold digger and it will be great if you don’t tell this to her also”

Edward stood abruptly and said, “Mr. Walker I will do everything you ask but I will never hide anything from her”

This was his lesson from his last life because by hiding things he lost his Samara he will not repeat the same mistake.

Mrs. Walker felt warm listening to his statement; Mr. Walker was about to speak when Mrs. Walker held his hand and said, “We are ready for this marriage”

Mr. Walker was startled by his wife’s sudden announcement but he trusts her decision, so he kept quiet.

Edward was beyond happy, he smiled and said, “Thank you so much Mr and Mrs. Walker” saying that he walked out of the study room because he was already missing his Samara.

He cannot live even a minute without seeing her.

In the study, Mr. Walker asked his wife, “How can you make such a sudden decision?”

Mrs. Walker smiled and said, “Honey, didn’t you see his reaction when you asked to hide things from Autumn, he denied, a relation built on trust is unbreakable”

“If our Autumn gets a husband like him who is ready to give her everything, what else do we want as parents?”

Mrs. Walker agreed with his wife, but her next statement brought sweat on his forehead.

“But Honey, they should get married before he comes back”

Mr. Walker nodded and said, “Yes Honey, if he came back he will never let her marry to Mr. King”

“And I think Mr. King can protect her from him”

“And we should also tell everything about Autumn to Mr. King, but we will not tell anything about him to Mr. King”

Mrs. Walker nodded in agreement.

Zack came and invited Mr. and Mrs. Walker for dinner with Edward.
