Since the ceremony of the Embrace, I had gradually adapted to the life of vampire.

 

I adjusted my rest time to sleep in the daytime and exercise at night. I began to try to drink animal blood or artificial blood products. Although I still felt disgusted with blood, drinking blood was indeed more full than eating food. I felt that my body was changing, but I didn't know why I still felt pain in my head from time to time, as if the nightmare had never disappeared.
