Why the heck is he making it harder on me ?

After hanging up the phone, I bent  my head trying to make my falling tears unknown to Miya.

" Did daddy say something bad ? " She asked worriedly as she puts her hand on my lower back.

The warmth I felt from her hand made me feel relaxed as I looked up whilst wiping the tears.

"No he didn't, yes he did, so much*  " I replied making her feel assured and my phone rang.

I checked the caller and it was Hardin, why is he calling me now ? I ignored it and hold my phone...
