"My princess" He yells, making me flinch as he ran inside.

I followed quietly hoping nothing was wrong with Miya.

I would forever blame myself if anything happens to her, I used my right hand to wipe the drop of tears that was rolling down my cheeks.

I entered the house passing through the lobby, staring around and didn't see Hardin but I could hear voices coming from upstairs.

I ran upstairs though the pain from my arm was unbearable even with the bandage, it still hurts so much.

I just know the sound was from upstairs but didn't know exactly which room it was.

I passed through the rooms and finally opened a room with a very bright view, the cartoons and drawing designs on the wall made me know that it was definitely Miya's room.

I saw Hardin carrying Miya who was playing with his hands on his laps as he pants heavily.

I gazed up to see a beautiful tall lady with a wavy long hair standing so close to Hardin, it was obvious that she's his wife.

Jealousy ran through my veins and I could feel myself burning up.

I just turned away to leave the room now that am aware Miya is okay, just then I heard him call me.

"Sophie, come here" my feets walked me to where he was.

The lady standing just smiled and walked out of the room.

" Hope I didn't scare you?,Miya is fine she is just shocked to wake up without seeing me" he says in a worried tone.

"Oh no, I'm not, why was the door opened then?" I asked out of curiousness.

"It's Ella that opened the door and was quite shocked when she heard Miya crying, so she ran up whilst forgetting she didn't closed the door.

"Oh okay, thank goodness" I says as I felt a hint of relief.

Ella is his wife, She can enter the house without Hardin, I mumbled to myself.

So he has a wife who's okay and very beautiful, then why would he wants a nanny?

A lot of questions keeps popping up my brain as Hardin got up and carried Miya with him.

I went back to the room I was before and sat down on the bed as I brought out my phone to call Finn.

*****"Hey ?" I smiled.Why am I even calling him?

"You're supposed to be slapped, you just remembered to call your best friend now" He says angrily.

"I am sorry, but if i told you what happened, you'll be scared out of your heart " I muttered jokingly.

"What happened? Are you okay? " He asked, his voice was so shaky and he sounded worried.

"I forgot the key to my house at my work place, so I went back to get it but the daughter was sleeping and he couldn't wake her up to look for the key" so he asked me to sleep over and…." he cuts me off sharply.

"Sleep over?, In the house of a man that doesn't has wife" He screamed, I hurriedly took the phone off my ear to avoid itching.

"He has a wife, don't worry about that" I retorted disappointedly. " I hurt my arm and I am still at his house" I added.

"Oh my God!, should I come over? oh no it's late! hope it's not too bad?" He keeps nagging.

" I got it treated already and you can come over to pick me tommorow" I assured him.

"Okay, take care" the call ended after few more talks.

I went to where the water dispenser was and drank a little from the cup.

I slide into the duvet and pulled it over my head, I wanted to sleep but I couldn't stop thinking about everything that happened throughout today.

I felt so happy while thinking of the sweet moments with Hardin but it suddenly fades away when it hits me that he has a wife.

How could he cared and take care of me so much when he has a wife?

Is he trying to play with my fragile heart ?

I didn't know when I slept off.

HARDIN

Miya scared the fuck out of me today and Ella just came without a notice, like seriously I wish to have more lovely conversation with Sophie.

Also to take care of her cos I'm almost responsible for her injury.

Had it been I had held her when she wanted to fall, she wouldn't have had to bandage her hand.

I gently carried the sleeping Miya on my bed.

She likes sleeping a lot, she's a little meow meow, I smiled as I pat her hair.

I stand up and went to meet Ella downstairs, she hugged me and later let go before sitting down.

" You didn't tell me you were coming" I frown.

" Yes I know, I just wanted to check on you and Miya since we are on leave" she smiles as she stand up and walked to the kitchen.

I was feeling okay now and went back upstairs to check on Sophie who is now sleeping like a baby.

The duvet is already far away from her and not on her body, I walked in and tucked the duvet over her body and I couldn't help but stare at her almost popping out breast.

I just couldn't go without touching her so I placed my lips on her cheeks and dashed out of the room afterwards.

SOPHIE

I could feel someone cover my body with the duvet but was too tired to open my eyes.

I could feel the warmth from the person when I felt something wet on my cheeks.

I just smiled and went back to sleep.

HARDIN

I went to my study since I have a lot of work to do, as I tried sitting down to sign and work on some of the documents on my desk, it was getting all good but it wasn't easy to hold in my thinking about her.

All of a sudden, I could picture her in a towel that was only up to her thighs with water dripping wet from her head

Oh shit!.I ran my fingers through my head, heading towards the downstairs and straight to the bar to get some shot

" Maybe this would stop me from thinking of her" I said to myself with a grin.

I took a cup and went back to my study, I drank two whole glasses and now I was feeling really tipsy.

I stood up from the couch and went to my room to have a shower.

" Isn't it to late too have a shower now?" I asked myself, starimikg at the big clock on the wall.

"It isn't" I dashed into the bathroom.

I wore my bathrobe and sat down tying up my hair into a man bun then I received a call from my secretary.

What's up, why am I getting a call at this time?
