Another intense training session.

Sweat makes my skin itch. My clothes were soaked with sweat even though I was wearing quick-drying ones. They stuck to my body, and I felt like my skin was "suffocating".

I don't want to do anything but take a bath. Back in the bedroom, I took off all my clothes as I made my way to the bathroom. When the hot water hit my hair and skin, I felt like I was coming to my senses.
