I continued to test the weak point in the wall, carefully applying small pressures at intervals with my fingers while keeping Zane distracted. My heartbeat was sounding louder in my ears. Truth be said, I was afraid; I was quietly praying to the Moon goddess not to be caught.

I still tried to keep Zane distracted with my movement controlled. I knew that if I made a sudden shift, it could alert Zane to my plans.
