OLIVIA'S POV.

As I walked down the road all by myself, I still found it hard to believe that Marco was getting engaged to Kiara, my ex-best friend who hated me and didn't want anything to do with me. How? Yeah, I knew his father didn't like me but he kept reassuring me that nothing was going to go wrong. So how come the engagement? Did he know about this?

The honk from a car startled me and I paused to look at who it was. I was expecting it to be him but it was Bryne instead who came out of the car.
