Stephanie's POV

“ Stop! Please, stop!"

I was so devastated and shook with fright at the scene unfolding before me. My screaming seems to have made its way to Davies because I no longer hear the breaking of bones.

By the time I was able to calm myself down and look to see if Davies listened to me, I saw that the rogues had escaped and those remaining were the dead ones and their blood all over the flowers.

Davies already changed back into his normal self and he was looking at me.

I didn't want to accept what I just saw. He's definitely kidding me.
