My jaw dropped at Junior's question and I felt my back hit the driver's seat due to great shock.

"Last week, Aiden showed me the toy his father had brought for him and just yesterday Chloe did the same thing," Junior whimpered. "They would usually talk about their father taking them on a trip while I just sit and listen. I don't usually know what to say when they ask me about my father. Charlie always says it's because my daddy is dead and I don't have any father."
