Lucian's POV

The palace was quiet and gloomy when I arrived, the day staff had returned back, it was that time of the evening which had only the inbound workers, those ones that lived and worked here. Just a bit and I would wonder if people actually lived here. I remembered leaving Carla under suspense, the first person I wished to meet was her, to discuss how the meeting went. I wouldn't make the mistake of telling her I went to visit her sister, nor would I tell her that Camille was pregnant for me. I'll only leave these to fate, she would know when the time came.
