“Don't dare! Not in this miserable life, mommy's boy!” Her words were like poison and I couldn't control myself anymore.

I didn't realise the time I raised my hand to land it on her face and she held it. “You can't do that here, Mr Sawyer,” the detective warned.

The words were ringing in my mind, head and my entire soul. I was just being deceived. Or just maybe I didn't see all this at first.
