Astonishment touched my pale face, and I stood there more surprised than ever. I merely stared, tongue-tied and speechless.

I glanced up at him once again and jumped just at the sound of his voice. What! He's the one? Or just maybe they're twins? Why's he freaking pretending as though he doesn't know me?

“Come in and welcome to Spintex Restaurant,” he announced to us with an infectious smile on his face.

My body stiffened in shock and my words wedged in my throat. I was more frightened than surprised at this moment but he was smiling without blinking an eye.
