Kate's POV

I felt a great sense of relief when I was finally declared better and could go home from the hospital. The three days I spent there gave me plenty of time to reflect and open my heart to the gentle care given by Erlan.

In my room which was still filled with the scent of antiseptic, I saw Erlan busy taking care of all the administration before we could go home. He carefully made sure that all the bills were paid and that no details were missed. I smiled a little, feeling grateful to have someone so caring.
