The camp was quiet, but not really. Liam had learned that places could still feel quiet even when they were loud.
The forest was quiet, and so was the rogue camp. It wasn't too far from where he was, but they knew how to stay hidden. Liam knew exactly where it was. He sat on the edge of the bed, staring at the small bag Josie had given him.
"You need your own things," she had said. Nobody had ever said that before. His own things. They were all brand new, and the clothes were soft against his skin.
