“Why are you here, Lora?” I asked after some minutes of silence.

Waiting for her to speak first, kept us in a slightly awkward moment for a while, and I was curious to know the reason of her unusual visit.

She glanced at me with a light chuckle, “Wow! I didn't know you knew me that well.” She crossed her arms against her chest while staring intently at me.
