EMILIA'S POV

Emilia got to the kitchen door and peered outside, Madame Dolores and her kids joining her at the door. She couldn't see much of what was going on from that position, so she decided to move closer. "You guys, stay here." She said to Madame Dolores and the children, and walked slowly to the direction of the living room.

The voices slowly grew in intensity as Emilia moved closer. She stopped at the doorway that led to the living room and peered in, trying to find out the source of the noise.

She saw Raymond facing someone: she couldn't tell from here because a part of his body...
