The conference room was well kept, with beautiful flowers on the long table, with water placed by each seat.  It was the big day when all employees had a chance to prove themselves and equally, an opportunity to safeguard a promotion. 

The long table was occupied by the board of directors, with Harris heading the table as the CEO. There was a projector facing a white, Harris was sitting at the tail end of the table, and all the board of directors had a clear view as they faced the white wall.
