The Annual ceremonial gathering of all the packs in the area was drawing closer. Tensions were high and people were filled with excitement. This ceremony was usually where many people found their mates. I used to be sort of hopeful that I’d find my mate too and he would be in another pack and my family and I would join that pack and finally escape this hell of a pack.
