Sophie’s POV

“Sophie Jackson.” The speaker in the classroom sounded, commanding everyone in the lecture room to stop talking. 

My heart missed a beat at the mention of my name, and I looked up just at the moment whoever was talking into the speaker did. 

“Your attention is needed at Professor Clover’s office.” 

No. I’ll not be reporting to his office. Alone, again. I had noticed that nothing good has ever come out of our alone times. 

“Report to his office as soon as possible as it has to do with your results and data clarification.” The voice said with a tone of finality.
