“Wake up, Lila.”
I heard my mother's voice before she pulled the curtains outside. Blinding light filled the room and I groaned as I pulled the sheets over my head.
“Mum.”
“It’s past 10am. I didn't ask you to sneak in the early hours of the morning.”
“You’re not fun.” I rolled my eyes. She dropped on my bed and pulled the sheets over.
I still felt groggy from all the alcohol.
“How much did you have to drink last night?”
