I stormed into the cellar and stared long and hard at her, piled up on the ground whimpering.

Kicking the dungeon’s door open, I grabbed her by the scruff of her neck and bared my teeth at her, growling lowly.

She should have know better, seeing the flames in my eyes, how dark and cold my expression and eyes must’ve seemed but gods be damned, the girl, however didn’t know better as she stared into my eyes with as much fire as I’d willed for her to see, or more.
