My bones and the entirety of my body was numb from pains. The moment I awakened on the cold floor I couldn't feel my limbs, joints and fingers. I was drained of every bit of energy.

How long could a person go without eating? I thought. They weren't graced enough to bring me food last night. Not even after being tortured for apparently nothing.
