“I can’t,” I finally decided. “I can’t wait. I wish I could, but I can’t.

“Tonight will be a full moon. It’s when I’ll have the most strength. If I don’t go now, I’ll have to wait too long for another full moon because I need that to be strong enough to kill them.

“Besides, they shouldn’t be allowed to live any longer than they already have, not after what they did to my pack. They should be slaughtered right away.

“Each day that they remain on this earth is another day that my loved ones didn’t get to see. That’s not fair. I won’t stand for it....
