Chapter 42

It was not yet the final result but I knew something was wrong with my examination. I wasn't that great in Mathematics but it was impossible for me to plank, especially with the amount of effort I put into.

My bit my lower lip, nervous and afraid. I heard his same voice approaching me.

"I thought, you wouldn't let it affect you? What happened to your studies?"

Emmie lifted her head and saw James approaching. He entered on the other side of the door with a concerned look on his face.

"What happened? Is the exam hard?" he asked as soon as he sat down on his desk....
