Elder Damian froze. 

“Please, we are in dire need of your help right now. kindly intervene and convince the other Elders to cancel the Luna's Trial.” Ronan said desperately. 

Damian is caught between loyalty to the council and the growing authority of the triplet Alphas. His eyes darted from one to the other, confused on the decision to take.
