Wind-land is a very beautiful town. The atmosphere is very freshening. When the plane landed we took a bunch of selfies before we entered the car.

“This is the beginning guys.” Liv said.

“Oh wait till you see the rental house. It’s wonderful, fabulous, incredible. I’m sure you will love it.” Lyon said.

“I'm already loving it.” Nora said.

“I can’t wait to be there babe.”

Immediately after we entered the car I couldn’t help but to think about what might be happening at home. I wonder how mom will act if she finds out.

I was lost in my thought when Nora snapped her fingers at me bringing me back to reality.

“What are you thinking about?”

“Nothing." I mumbled.

“Are you okay? You seem to be quiet.” Mick said.

“Yeah I’m just tired, you know.”

“You shouldn’t be tired because the journey just began." Liv said.

“By the way, why are we moving towards an isolated area? "

“Is the house in an isolated area?” Nora asked.

“I don’t know.” Lyon said.

“Wait a minute. Did you check the location of the house, or did you just type isolated rental house?” Mike said.

“The picture of the house appeared on my social feed so I checked the location and besides we have a tourist. "

“We are not on tour Lyon, we are here for a vacation.”

“Will you just calm down, and wait till we arrive?” Lyon said.

A few minutes later the driver stopped the car in the middle of nowhere.

“What's wrong? Why did you stop?" I asked.

“I can’t find your location. Are you sure this is the right address?”

“But you’ve been driving for almost forty-five minutes.” Nora said.

“This is the exact location but I can't find the house.”

“Lyon!” I screamed.

“Hey don’t worry. I’m sure he made a mistake. If not then I was scammed."

“I’m seriously gonna kill you babe if you ruin this vacation." Liv said.

"I’m sure he made a mistake. I will call the rental house owner.” he said as he took his phone.

It took Lyon some minutes before he spoke.

“Just sent them our location, they will send a car to pick us up.”

“The vacation isn’t ruined yet babe.” he said as he kissed her forehead.

Not quite long after our drive came. I paid the other driver as we remove our pieces of luggage and kept them in the other car.

“We are here." the driver said.

“Wow isn’t that soon.”

We took out our luggage as the driver left.

It was breathtaking, very huge, and incredibly beautiful.

W“hat do you think?” Lyon asked he placed his hands on Liv’s shoulder.

“One word. Magical.”

“Let’s enter." Lyon said while helping Liv with her bags.

“Guys come see this wonderful garden.” Mick said as he grabbed my hands.

“Wow." the garden was filled with different kinds of flowers, it was large and spacious. The palm trees were all around the garden which gave a sense of soft chills that whistled through them.

There were benches around the garden, the garden was filled with organic green flowers that gave that homely feeling. It also has a lake, which has a beautiful fountain that water passed through.

I roamed around the garden.

"This is beautiful” I said when I saw a waterfall afar.

I could hear Nora calling me out but I decided to ignore her when I saw a beautiful well which reminds me of that fairytale I use to watch when I was a kid.

I went closer to the well and peeked when a weird-looking insect crawled on my hand and bite it.

“Oh Lord.” I said immediately after I took my hands off the well.

“This is my first day here and a part of my hand is swollen.” I whispered to myself as I took a step backward and matched someone's leg.

“I’m sorry Nora." I said as I turned around and came face to face with a weird-looking creature.

My heart began to race as I quickly ran and bumped into Nora.

“What’s wrong with you? Why were you running?"

“There is something over there!"I said pointing at the place.

“Where?"

“There can’t you see it?"

“Turn around and see where you’re pointing ”

I turned around and saw nothing but a bunch of flowers and birds fleeing around.

I could swear I saw a weird creature.

“Guys come to help us with the luggage!" Mick screamed.

“Let’s go.” Nora said as she grabbed my hand.

“Not this hand Nora, it’s swollen. "

“No it’s not.” she said before looking at the hand.

“See.” she indicated pointing at the hand.

How is that possible? A minute ago it was swallowed and now it isn’t.

“Stop thinking. You know you start imagining things when you’re stressed. "

“That was years ago and besides I wasn’t thinking.” I said.

“Okay." she said.

“I thought you went inside already.” I said immediately as we came closer to them.

“We would if Lyon remembered where he kept the key he was given.” Mike said.

“I know I kept it in my pocket by I just don’t know why I can’t find it.”

“Seriously how are you still dating this guy?” Mike said.

“Haha very funny. "

“Did you guys tired opening the door? Maybe it’s open.” Nora said coming closer to the door.

“It can’t be open. "

Immediately Nora placed her hands on the door. The door open from the inside revealing a young girl standing in front of the house.

“Hi! I’m Melody."

She is fair in complexion, her eyes are brown, and she has thin black eyes black, long black eyelashes, peach-colored lips, a pointed nose, and black wave-styled hair.

She wore deep blue crazy jeans, a white blouse, and a black bot

“Hi I’m Nora, you must be the host.”

“Yes I am."

“It was nice to meet you Melody but you should have opened the door a lot sooner. But no worries.” Lyon said.

“Oh I’m sorry. I had no idea you were already outside the house and I thought you had an extra key with you.”

“He lost the key." Mike said.

“I didn’t lose anything and why are we having this discussion here. Let’s just enter the house already.”

“Let me help you with that." she said as she grabbed Nora’s suitcase.

As we got inside I was amazed by the way the house was looking, it looked antique. I never thought people still use antique furniture. I dropped my bag on the couch as I looked around the house.

“How many rooms are there in this house?”

“Twenty room." she responded.

“Wow that’s too much for just five people.” Nora said.

“Here is your bag.” she said as she came closer to me.

“Thank you. You don’t have to carry it."

“Your hand looks bitten." she mumbled.

“Sorry I didn’t get what you said."

She looked at me for almost a minute which made me feel uncomfortable.

“I can show you around if you want.” she said.

“Maybe some other time. But I have to start arranging my things." I said before I walked past her.

“Melody can you show me where the rooms are?” Nora said.

“Hey Nora why don’t we share a room.” I said as I moved closer to her.

“Don’t you wanna share a room with me?” Liv said.

“Aren’t you gonna share a room with Lyon?”

“I thought about it but maybe not this time.”

“Ohh I had no idea.”

“I will show you the room just come with me.” Melody said.

“We want the master room." Liv said.

“Before we go let’s take a selfie.” Liv said as she took her phone to capture the moment. We took two selfies before Liv told Melody to join us.

“No I don’t think that's a good idea. I mean I don’t wanna ruin your photo. "

“Come on melody, I know we just met but just one picture won’t hurt." I said.

“No I don’t think…” she didn’t finish talking when Liv interrupted.

“Come on girl, it’s just a selfie.”

“Okay fine.” she said before moving closer to us.

“That’s more like it.” Liv said before she snapped the picture.

“I better go start unpacking my clothes.” Lyon said before kissing Liv.

After she showed us the room. It took me forever arranging my clothes. I hate arranging.

“Here you go." Liv said bringing a phone from her suitcase.

“Thank you.”

“I think I will leave now." Melody said.

“Thank you for everything and your house is very beautiful. I wish I would never leave." I said.

“Once you are in there is no way out.”

I did say a word as I kept looking at her.

“I mean you’re not leaving till your vacation is over right?”

“Yes.“ I said before she left.

“That was strange.” I thought.
