I woke up to a scream, for a moment I thought it was Liv because she usually screams excitedly when Lyon surprises her with an incredible gift or sends her a heartwarming love letter. I turned around and looked at liv who was sound asleep.

“Who’s scream was that” I thought

I slowly walked to the open room door

“I don’t remember leaving the room door open”

I peeked at the corridor, it was dark which made it very hard for me to see anything, I decided to go back to sleep because the scream stopped, I closed the door and lay on the bed when a strong wind blew which made the door open, for a moment I was frightened because after the door opened the scream continued

“Help” a voice said coming from the corridor

“Mick is that you?” I instantly said after I recognized the voice

“Help”

“Mick,” I said as I got up from bed

I walked carefully calling out Mick’s name, the corridor was extremely dark, I tried to find the switch but unfortunately, I couldn’t.

“Help!” he screamed again

I kept following the scream as I was called out mick’s name.

I saw a ray of sunlight towards the end of the corridor, I walked towards it as I kept calling out to mick

“No! No!” I cried out as I began to step backward

“Mick” I screamed

I never imagined that someone will do this to Mick or even imagine me as a witness.

“Mick” I cried out as someone rather something kept stabbing him continuously on the stomach

“Leave” he whispered as he dropped a creepy box on the floor.

I couldn’t stop myself from screaming as Mick’s blood rolled to my feet

“Would you like to sing with us” a voice whispered to my ears

I began to panic, my heart kept beating rapidly

“Don’t worry we won’t hurt you” the voice whispered again.

I quickly closed my eyes, I was breathing heavily

“This isn’t possible, Mick can’t be dead”

“Hey wake up” I heard a faint voice

“Wake up,” the voice said again

I kept turning around before I screamed

“Are you okay?” Nora said

I looked at her for almost a minute thinking if everything that happened was a dream

“Are you okay?” she asked again

“Yes I’m fine”

“Are you sure, I heard you scream”

“It was just a nightmare, don’t worry about it,” I said as I rubbed my forehead

“Are you sure?”

“Yes I’m fine,” I said before I heard a scream coming from the corridor

“Who was that?” I panicked

“Guys you won’t believe what Lyon gave me today” liv said immediately after she entered the room

“Were you the person who just screamed?” Nora asked

“She was the one”

“ Why are you still in bed, it’s ten o’clock” Liv said coming closer to me

“What! I had no idea” I was about to enter the bathroom when liv spoke

“Before you go, you have to guess what Lyon gave me today”

“A flower or a box of your favorite chocolates,” Nora said

“What! no, I don’t even have favorite chocolate”

“Just tell us what he gave you”

“Why to tell you when I can show you,” she said as she handed me over a ticket

“Holy lord is this”

“Yes it is, a VIP ticket to watch the greatest match of all time,” she said excitedly

“I thought it was sold out, how did he get a VIP ticket” Nora asked

“I have no idea, I have always told him how I will love to go watch a match with him”

“You are so lucky, I’m jealous you know” Nora said

“Looks like your life excitement won’t end after the vacation,” I said

“Lyon is best, I can’t believe he kept this from me for almost a week”

“What a minute, he got the tickets last week”

“Yes but who cares anyways,” she said

“I will love to finish this conversation with you, but I have to use the bathroom now” I said as I gave her the ticket and went into the bathroom

After using the toilet, I took a shower.

I kept thinking about the nightmare I had, I can’t exactly remember what it was about but I couldn’t forget how my heart was beating fast or how I was scared

After taking a shower, I was about to put up on my clothes when Nora entered the room

“Vickie is everything fine, you look tensed”

“I had the weirdest nightmare and I’m still terrified”

“No wonder you shouted, is it about your parent” she asked

“No, I haven’t heard from them since I left,“ I said before I opened the drawer and picked up an outfit

“Then what is it about”

“To be honest with you, I can’t remember”

“If you can’t remember then you shouldn’t be scared of it, and you know maybe you just need to chill out and have fun”

I took a deep breath before I spoke

“Maybe you’re right”

“If you’re done, you should come downstairs everyone is waiting for you" she said before she took her phone and left the room

After she left, I wore a sandy short sleeve gown that stopped at my knees and white flat shoe. I styled my hair and applied pink lipstick before I left the room.

When I got to the dining room, everyone was eating breakfast

“Good morning,” I said with a smile on my face

“Good morning, you look nice,” Mick said

“Thanks,” I said while taking a sit beside him.

I served myself some pancakes and syrup

“Yummy,” I said after I took a bite

“So guys what’s the plan for today,” Liv said

“We were supposed to check out new places by ourselves but since Lyon rented a house in the middle of nowhere we have no idea where to go” Mick said

“Will you just get over the fact that I rented a house in an isolated area and beside this house is wonderful and worth it”

“Dude chill out I was just joking”

“Anyways Melody is gonna take us to the best places in wind-land,” Lyon said

“Yeah and she will be here anytime soon” Liv said

After breakfast, Nora and Mick washed the plates in the dishwasher.

I sat on the couch when I heard a soft knock on the entrance room

“It must be Melody” my inner voice said

“Good morning” she said immediately I opened

“Good morning”

“Are you guys ready?”

“Yeah, I will just go change and get the rest out of their room” I said
