I walked out of Diana’s room with my head held high. I know it would have to take everything in me to break the chain she had on me and I was ready to risk it.

I wondered about how Moon was, left alone by the pool still in her wet dress and hair. No one would want to attend to her, and pinning my hopes for Becky wasn’t ideal; she had done enough leading me towards Diana’s hideout and helping alarm the rest.
