“William?” My brows furrowed as soon as I stepped into the suite. “What are you doing here?”

“To see you.” His eyes strayed to the shiny new wedding ring on my finger, I spotted the flash of anger. “Take that off.”

I ignored his request, keeping my own anger in check over what I was beginning to realize was happening. “You tricked me here?”

“I just wanted to see you.” He shrugged, making himself comfortable on the bed.

“See me?” Oh my God. “Do not ever trick me into coming here again.” I swerved on my heel to leave the room.
