A little nerves knotted. To hide it, I mustered a smile, hoping he wouldn’t get mad at me for letting Denise in. “Hi, baby.”

He saw Denise, he frowned, angry lines burrowing. “What is this? Why is she here?”

“Uh… don’t worry, she’s about to leave.” I wouldn’t risk my relationship for someone like her. 

Zac obviously didn’t want her, that was her bad luck…or should I say Karma. 

I called one of the security to come take her out of the compound, but firmly asked him to be gentle because of her delicate condition.

I didn’t want to be responsible for birth complications of an innocent child.
