“It’s been three days, Dahlia. You need to open this door.” Sadie banged loudly on the door.
“Leave me alone.” I replied, my voice rough and tinged with more tears.
It’s been three days. I haven’t been able to step out of my room. Partly because I didn’t want to see him. I didn’t trust myself on what would happen if I did.
“I’ll break open this door if you do not let us in this minute!” There was Cass. She wasn’t joking.
