"Good evening, Alpha."

I had just reached the door to my room on the second floor when the personal physician who had finished examining Crystal happened to be out the door. He saw me and greeted me.

I nodded, "Doctor Smith, how did the exam go? Any problems?"

Doctor Smith glanced sideways at Crystal in the room, who was half-sitting on the bed. She still looks scared and upset.

"Checked, no major physical problems, no injuries to the belly. So the baby is safe. It's just that she's in quite a bit of shock and is very emotionally unstable. It's recommended that she recuperates for a...
