Ella POV

"I'm gonna run away " i said with a tone of finality.

Maybe that was best for me , they night probably not even notice if I'm gone.

"What! , you can't do that " Chelsea half yelled staring at me in horror.

" I can " I grinned already thinking of the things to take along with me.

" I'm not going to let you run away , I know it's not easy living with them but...." she paused

"It's not , that's why i have decided to leave " I replied

"Babe , you can still keep fighting , you don't need to run away , you still need to go to college , you'll still need them to pay your fees ,they are still your parents " Chelsea persuaded ,but I guess my mind was already made up , I can't continue to live like this , it's tiring and annoying.

" I'll think about it " I sighed knowing well that I wouldn't

" You better do now " Chelsea replied with an eye roll.

"Okay ,can we forget about my tiresome family and let's talk about school " I replied

" Just cause you said you'll think about it, I'm letting it slide" she frowned

" I will girl!" I rolled my eyes

"Well, We would be graduating next week ...so excited " Chelsea squealed

"Oh good " I replied excited.

I've been waiting for this day .

When I'll finally have atleast good freedom

"Wait ,what about prom ? " I asked

"It's this week , didn't jess tell you " Chelsea said

"No , so who's your date to prom " I asked teasingly

"My date ? " Chelsea repeated , her cheeks turning tomato red

"Spill it girl " I teased tickling her

"Okay ,okay , stop " she replied laughing

" It's Andrea " she added with a wide smile

"Oh my gosh ,Andrea " I called surprised

Andrew was her big time crush , since I knew her.

"Yeah , so what about you " she asked smiling

" I don't have a date , besides I don't know if mom would let me go to prom " I sighed frustrated again.

Why do they have to spoil everything in my life for me.

Cause of them I don't get the normal childhood, I'm never allowed to go to parties , attend any sleepovers , or even the school's yearly dance or anything at all.

My life just revolves around going to school , get yelled at by them , do all the house chores even if Mia's there and our Part time house help , get stressed , go to sleep and start over again.

Gosh , I think my life's the worst .

Heck! , I don't think , I know!.

"Earth to Ella" she snapped her fingers in my face

"Hmm, sorry I spaced out, what were you saying?"

"I said how sure are you " she asked again

"A hundred and one sure " I rolled my eyes

"Well I hope she lets you attend this one"

" It's gonna be one of the best Prom our school has ever hosted , they said" she added

" Hmm" i hummed

" I'm hungry , let me get something we can eat " Chelsea suddenly said and walked towards the kitchen. I only nodded. I picked up my phone , just then my mom call came in . gosh. I don't wanna pick up this call .

" Go on , pick up " I heard Chelsea voice behind me and I turned.

" Chelsea , what are you doing here , I thought you went to the kitchen " I asked surprised ,she just walked into the kitchen about ten seconds ago , now she's at my back.

" I just came out , pick up the call , if you don't they would come here looking for you which I don't want " she said and walked back to the kitchen. I sighed and answered the call.

"Hello " I said reluctantly

" You get your ass off where you are now and come home " mom yelled from the other end.

"Why? " I asked lowly

"Because I said so " she snapped

" You have just ten minutes to get here , a minute is gone" mom added and hung up.

"Well come get me here " I murmured dropping my phone on the table in anger.

" What did she say " Chelsea asked as she dropped the tray she was holding on the table .

"To come home " I replied

"What are you waiting for then " she asked as she took a bite of the sandwich

" Really Chelsea?, You want me to go back to that house?"

"Just go , call me when you get there " she said . I sighed and took two pieces of the sandwich inside a nylon bag.

"Incase I don't get served tonight " I forced a smile.

" I made it for you " she returned the smile.

I nodded. We walked out.

"Expecting your call soon " she said and bade me good bye . I smiled and mounted my bicycle riding straight home .

I might probably not have a good night rest today just like every other day.
