Chapter 10

Chapter 10

Abby thought she was great, first disparaging Regina for not being able to dance, and then speaking up for her friend. She considered that fans should think she is a beautiful, nice person.

But in reality Abby was once again scolded by the viewers of the live stream -

[Why did she stand up for Regina who didn't say not to dance. It is not her business.]

[Really annoyed. Can you not let me see her?]

[It's so hypocritical and disgusting, and I can't fast forward. It's annoying!]

The dance teacher was frowning at Abby's words and could see her malice.

The dance teacher ignored Abby and instead gently said to Regina, "It's okay if you don't know how to dance. Just do a few simple moves with me later, and I'll take a look at them first."

"Okay."

Abby suddenly took Regina's arm, pretending to be intimate and saying, "Don't worry, I'll accompany you to train more, and I won't let you make a fool of yourself."

Regina was really disgusted, but still held back.

Everyone danced casually for a while, and finally only Regina was left, and she really didn't have any dance foundation.

The dance teacher did a few moves, Regina followed, and really like Abby said, her uncoordinated hands and feet were ridiculous.

But Regina did not care, Abby said: "Do not laugh. Regina has worked very hard."

"She's not like us. Regina is from a small town, so she didn't learn to dance as a child. It's normal that she can't dance."

She pretended to be cute and encouraged, "Regina, come on, I support you."

Regina ignored her and concentrated on learning the dance from the teacher.

All the other guests progressed quickly and knew it after watching it a few times.

But Regina only had her mind memorized, but her body could not imitate it.

To overcome her dancing disadvantage, Regina spent every day in the dance studio, practicing alone from 5:00 am to 12:00 am.

Step by step, the audience witnessed her growth.

Unknowingly, Regina seemed to become the focus of the entire show. Every time she moved, she drew the attention of the crowd.

Even the boring dance practice was enjoyed by the crowd, and they even kept cheering her on the message board to encourage her.

There are also many viewers who are looking forward to her change.

More than that, they expected her to go from an apprentice to an expert and then beat Abby hard.

However, Regina did not disappoint everyone.

Although she did not become a professional dancer in just one month, she was already dancing better than Abby.

Soon it was the day to take the exam.

Because Regina practiced alone during the week, no one knew her true level.

It also created an illusion for Abby that she still couldn't dance, leading Abby to think that after practicing a few times, she could easily beat Regina.

Before the exam, she deliberately said loudly, "Regina, don't be nervous, even if you dance like a mechanical dance (popping), it doesn't matter."

"When I choose a team, I'll pick you and won't let you get eliminated."

"You dance last, so that when we take the test, you can still buy a few more practice sessions in the morning."

Regina nodded her head.

The message board, however, went crazy with laughter -

[Mechanical dance? Is she talking about herself?]

[I'm laughing my ass off. Why was she so confident that Regina was doing a mechanical dance?]

[I'm looking forward to Abby's embarrassment.]

[Expecting Regina to blow everyone away!]

The exam started and Regina listened to Abby's arrangement and did go last.

Abby deliberately chose to dance second to last in order to let the audience know how bad Regina was dancing.

She danced very passionately, but the dance teacher could see that she had not practiced.

Her dance moves were still standard, but they were the same as when she first learned them, without any half-way improvement.

After Abby danced, the dance teacher gave Regina a somewhat worried look.

She could see Regina's progress, although she lacked talent, she was willing to spend time to practice. So she preferred Regina to Abby, who knew a little about dancing.

But this time it was the elimination round, and there was a chance that the last place would be eliminated.

People wonder how Regina scored in singing?

If the singing is not particularly good and cannot make up for the dance score, she will be eliminated in this round.

"Let's begin!"

Regina first gave a bow to the dance teacher, and then put on dance moves as the music played.

She was dressed in a scarlet dance dress, dancing to the music. Her whole body joints moved like a snake, moving, spinning and jumping. Every movement was perfect.

The crowd watched her complete each difficult movement with ease, all eyes widened.

Is this Regina?

How could she dance so well?

Abby stared at Regina's smooth movements and was jealous.

The dance ended and the whole audience was shocked.

The dance teacher was the first to react, standing up and applauding: "Good dance."

The others followed suit and applauded. The applause was not only an encouragement to her, but also an affirmation and respect for her.

Regina once again with her own efforts and sweat to win the applause belongs to her.

After the scoring results came out, Abby scored poorly and was in danger of being eliminated.

Abby was scared.

She had thought that she was a better dancer than Regina, which just made up for her lack of singing.

By the time she chose Regina, the two of them could still work together as a team until the final round and get the audience's attention.

Now, however, she is in danger of being eliminated.

The singing competition is tomorrow, and while Regina has been practicing her dance hard this time, her energy has been mostly on her singing.

Hopefully, she will be able to overachieve and amaze the crowd tomorrow like Regina did.

After tomorrow, she would face regrouping. Some would be eliminated and some would be promoted from Group C to Group A.

She couldn't let Regina move up to Group A, otherwise who would be there to set her off in the final round?

So she had to find a way to make Regina behave badly!

In the evening, Abby pulled Regina aside and whispered, "Regina, have you forgotten what we came for?"

"What are you going to do about the singing competition tomorrow?"

"Didn't you say you were going to help me?"

"Now, you sing better than me and dance better than me, then I will be eliminated. Have you forgotten what Mr. Koch explained?"

This was Abby's usual method. Every time she couldn't control Regina, she would bring up Antonio to test the pressure on her.

But her phone was taken away and she couldn't contact Antonio.

Moreover, those inside could not get out, and those outside could not get in, and could not pass messages in, so she could only watch Regina shine.

Regina was aggrieved: "Singing-wise I've been reining it in, and you know how good I really am."

"Dancing-wise, I did work hard because I have no foundation at all, if I don't work a little harder and get eliminated in the middle, who will help you in the last round?"

"I know you're trying to help me, but you danced so well today that I'm already facing elimination."

"Regina, count me as begging you. Just help me out if you miss a bit when you sing tomorrow. I don't want to be eliminated, otherwise Mr. Koch will be very angry."

Abby deliberately said 'Mr. Koch will be angry' very heavily.

"Okay, I know what to do tomorrow."

"Regina, I knew you were the best for me." Abby hugged Regina with a smile but her eyes felt like they were hiding a knife.

The next day was the singing competition. Abby did a little better than the day of her debut public performance, but still drew a lot of ridicule.

She was angry with herself that she had practiced for a month and hadn't improved at all.

Regina practiced hard for a month and was able to shock the audience. Talent is so annoying.

So, she finally had to explain once again that her damaged vocal cords had not yet healed.

By the time Regina sang, she sang the first half of the song well, and the second half was deliberately off-key, and the kind where you could tell she did it on purpose.

The judges were saddened, and even felt sorry for her.

However, it is a fact that she ran out of tune in the second half of her song, and even if they had wanted to move her up to Group A, they would have had to stay in Group C because of this blunder.

Live Message Board -

[What is Regina doing? Why is she running out of tune on purpose?]

[She clearly had a chance to move up to Group A. What a pity.]

[Did you guys feel like Abby was trying to stop Regina from moving up to Group A?]

[I don't know if you remember yesterday after dinner, Abby pulled Regina into a corner?]

[I remember, the picture disappeared for five minutes, and I was curious what they said and did in a place where the camera couldn't capture it.]

[I'm asking the show to investigate thoroughly!]

......

Antonio couldn't be calmer as he sat in his office and saw Abby being scolded once again.

He knew the show's rule of confiscating cell phones, so during the broadcast, Abby didn't know she was being scolded on the message board.

He tried to inform her, but the message never got through, and he was anxious.

She couldn't be allowed to continue to smear, or her reputation would be irreparable by the time this show was over.

In fact, he always wondered why Abby had to do so obviously?

Like deliberately discrediting herself?

He had to find a way to get in touch with her as soon as possible, and also to find a chance to talk to Regina about how she dared to steal Abby's chance again and again.

Three days later in the evening, Abby went to the cafeteria for dinner, and the cafeteria staff whispered as a reminder, "Miss Bering, be careful when you eat your sandwich."

"Hmm?"

"Mr. Koch asked me to give it to you."

There were few cameras in the cafeteria, and the staff was also eating during dinner time, so no one was following her, so it was relatively safe.

As Abby ate her sandwich, she found a small note hidden inside, which reminded her to stop playing mind games and targeting Regina, who was already hated by the entire internet.

Abby sees Antonio's reminder and completely panics!!!

Did she act that obvious?

Was she hated by everyone though she did not use this to become famous?

No, she had to find a way to save herself.

Ten more days is the final performance session. This is her last chance, so she must seize the opportunity to prove themselves. This is also her only chance.

In ten days, it is impossible to make a great progress in singing!

So, she had to do it in an old-fashioned way!

But how to get the message to Antonio was a problem.

Because even if Regina agreed to record in advance and help her fake singing, she would need Antonio's help.

Without him bribing the staff, no staff member would be willing to risk playing a fake recording of her singing for her.

On the other hand, Alivia, who quit more than a month ago, also kept an eye on Abby and Regina's every move.

Because she found that she was not the only one who hated Regina, Abby seemed to hate Regina even more.

That's why she pays extra attention to Abby's every move.

Previously, there were rumors on the Internet that Abby faked her singing, and later that she cheated on him with Antonio, plus she deliberately targeted Regina, so the rumors were true.

The two were pretending to be best friends in front of the screen, presumably to break the rumors, which has become normal in the entertainment industry.

When she learned that Abby was Dyceperate to connect with the outside world, she was naturally willing to help her.

As the saying goes, the enemy of an enemy is a friend, and she helps anyone who can bring pain to Regina.
