Mara

It was already dark I stormed outta Mrs Josh eatery. Fuck, today was stressful as I imagined.

"Mara!" I heard Larry called running after me. I rolled my eyes and  ignored his shit. I got to the street, board a cab and flee home.

"Mom!" I called climbing the stairs. Every where was silent. My heart skipped. I walked into mom's room. There she was smiling in her sleep. I ambled  close to her and kissed her softly on her cheek and caressed her hair affectionately.

"I love you mom." I whispered into her ear and walked out. I hotfooted into my room feeling overwhelmed.  The best feeling ever,...
